Paycheck Distribution

When: Dec. 31, 2012
Where: University Police
Located at 425 La Moree Rd.
Time: 10 a.m. to 12 Noon

Employees must present a photo ID in order to pick up their paycheck.

While most financial institutions post funds to accounts at the beginning of the bank business day, this is not a universal practice. Some institutions post funds in the afternoon. We recommend you check with your financial institution to determine when your funds will be available.

Distribution of Pay Warrants after Dec. 31, 2012

Any pay warrants or direct deposit stubs that are not picked up on Dec. 31, 2012, will be available for pick-up at the Cashier’s Office on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013. Authorized personnel may pick up their department’s warrants after 10 a.m.
