The Tom & Kim Zarro Family Award

Matt Walsh clearly left his mark at CSUSM. He was the first ACE Scholar to be elected ASI President and since his graduation in 2014, he has been a dedicated supporter of the ACE program. He continues to make an impact annually with the Tom & Kim Zarro Family Award for the Outstanding ACE Graduate which was created in 2018 in honor of Matt's adoptive parents.

The Tom & Kim Zarro Family Award is awarded to one outstanding ACE Scholar graduate who has shown exemplary service and leadership during their time at CSUSM. The award is presented each year at the ACE Graduation Celebration and the recipient receives $750.
