Resources and Planning is responsible for the financial oversight of the University Advancement division resources and planning. Financial oversight includes the division budget, financial reporting to campus budget office, leadership and the Chancellor's Office, and accounting reconciliations. The Resources and Planning department is responsible for all the documentation for personnel hiring, separations and any employee status changes.
Foundation Project Administration is housed within Resources and Planning and supported by the Endowment/Program Manager. The Endowment/Program manager is responsible for reviewing, auditing, and administering over 600 foundation projects. Gifts and contributions are recorded in Foundation program endowments, general campus programs or scholarship projects. The administrative role includes initiating Foundation project agreements for the campus and providing training programs to educate and inform the campus community on their roles and responsibilities for endowments and project agreements.
