To help keep you from losing sight of the healthy habits you have created this year, we are teaming up with Kaiser Permanente to bring you this 8-week program. Each week will offer you weekly challenges, tips, and resources to help you stay on track.

Nutrition + Food Demo:

Holiday Classics with a Healthy Twist

This nutrition and food demonstration includes a healthy mini version of pumpkin pies, healthy apple pie and toppings, healthy root vegetable mash with an herby "gravy", nutty balsamic glazed brussel sprouts, citrus beet and fennel salad and a surprise spa water. You won't want to miss this!

Reveal Foods will be back again demonstrating healthy (and easy!) appetizers that are much more than just a vegetable tray. Samples include mini lemon tarts, super moist pumpkin chocolate chip bread, and a holiday mocktail mule.
