Food Demo: Best Foods for Sleep

Can't sleep? What you eat and when has a direct correlation with sleeping patterns and if you're struggling with day-to-day insomnia, or just getting a good night's rest, Reveal Foods will be on campus demonstrating a few diet changes that can be made to have us all sleeping like a baby! Free samples will be given out to all attendees.

Pop-up Fitness: Restorative Yoga

Imagine a fitness routine to help you completely relax and rest - restorative yoga will do just that! Building on five or six poses, held for 5 minutes or more, this session is meant to calm, de-stress, and challenge the mind more than the body. OHR has partnered with Campus Recreation to offer this monthly pop-up fitness class, free for all faculty, staff, and managers.
