Welcome to the Latino Association of Faculty & Staff (LAFS)! The LAFS welcomes all who are interested in participating, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin.
We strive to celebrate and share the rich cultural heritage of Latinoamérica—including Mexico, Central America, South America, the Greater Antilles, and countries with a majority Spanish-speaking population—while fostering a sense of connection and belonging on our Campus and throughout our communities.
