Pamela L. Jackson, Ph.D.
Director of Conflict Resolution
Dr. Pamela L. Jackson serves as the inaugural Director of Conflict Resolution at CSUSM, where she is dedicated to fostering healthier learning, living, and working environments grounded in a culture of care, respect, and resolution. Her work centers on supporting the campus community through collaborative efforts that promote holistic growth and development. Dr. Jackson addresses Other Conduct of Concern (OCC)—behaviors that conflict with the values of CSUSM and the CSU system—as well as broader campus conflicts. She helps the campus community engage in constructive approaches and is committed to guiding restorative practices and minimizing the negative impact of conflictual experiences.
