Timeline

The project has been designed to provide two major releases of the PPP, one near the end of year 2 (based on the work in AIM 1 and AIM 2) and a major upgrade near the end of year three (based on the work in AIM 3). To a first approximation it is expected that each AIM will take about one year of the project. The proposed summer workshops in bioinformatics will be also organized in each of the three years of the project.
