Cost without Campus REC: $36 (Gas) + $ 15(Food & drink) = $51 (per person)
Details: Join Outdoor Adventures for a guided hike up Stone Wall Peak, a moderate hike that on clear days offers views out towards the Pacific Ocean, Palomar Mountain, and the high mountains of Anza Borrego Desert. Afterward, we will explore the small mountain town of Julian. You will be treated to a slice of the local delicacy, apple pie, and apple cider. Students will learn and apply the basics of outdoor leadership, stewardship, and environmental responsibilities through Leave No Trace principles.
