Interim CSU Nondiscrimination Policy
Student employees reporting allegations arising out of the person’s University work environment (while they are acting as an Employee) shall be handled under CSU Policy.
Applicants for employment may use the procedure outlined in the CSU Policy to address Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation, Sexual Misconduct, Dating or Domestic Violence, or Stalking that occurred during their application process.
Individuals may also file complaints of unlawful discrimination in employment with these external agencies:
- California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH)
- Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
