CSUSM is structured in five distinct divisions, along with the Office of the President, all working together as a powerful engine to serve our students. That engine is fueled by a passionate workforce of 2,000+ employees share a camaraderie that can only be described as uniquely CSUSM. Perhaps it’s our University-first culture.
