BIENVENIDOS!

All students, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin, are welcome at the Latinx Center.

Established in fall 2015, the Latinx Center at California State University San Marcos provides programming and services designed to foster student success, cultural awareness, and community engagement. We serve as a resource for the entire campus community, celebrating and promoting a deeper understanding of the diverse cultures and histories within Latin American and Latinx communities.

The Latinx Center is built on principles of community, connection, and cultural appreciation, with a focus on literature, artwork, and media that highlight Latin American and Latinx cultural contributions. Through educational programs and events, we engage students and campus members in learning about traditions, heritage, and issues that shape Latinx experiences. The center also serves as a hub for connecting students to internal and external networks that offer support, mentorship, and opportunities for engagement. We foster positive transformational experiences and contribute to student success goals.
