
About Facilities Development & Management
Facilities Development & Management (FDM) is responsible for the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of the campus' physical plant (over 1 million gross square feet and 304 acres of grounds). Our employees provide responsive, customer-focused services in support of the University's mission.
FDM is comprised of the following operational units:
