PCBO is a forum for providing an open dialogue among the administrative departments and the folks they serve, campus community members like you! These administrative groups include Budget Office, Accounts Payable & Travel, Accounting, Procurement, Financial Systems Operations, Student Financial Services, Human Resources, Payroll, Facilities, IITS, and others. The mission of PCBO is to promote an atmosphere of collaboration and communicate changes and/or clarification of business processes and procedures that affect operations. It encourages members of the campus community to exchange information across divisions.
PCBO communicates through:
• Periodic emails providing updates and information that affect the campus community, and
• PCBO Community Meetings held several times a year
Community meetings include presentations on important business operations topics, announcements, and provide an opportunity for sharing concerns, insights, and suggestions. The PCBO committee is responsive to issues presented in forum discussions and welcomes your ideas and participation.
