Parking permits are required at the Chula Vista campus, with no grace period. Both new and continuing students can purchase parking permits online. To do so, you must create a guest account. Parking, enforcement and citations are managed solely by Southwestern College. Any issues or concerns that arise should be addressed with Southwestern College directly; unfortunately, CSUSM cannot resolve any parking issues or concerns. Additional information about parking can be found on SWC’s Parking Services webpage.
