Curriculum
This community engagement, leadership program is a 10-month experience for professionals interested in learning more about the application of their leadership skills.
The program is issue-based, meaning that each monthly seminar will focus on an issue and examine it from multiple perspectives. Through a series of speakers, tours and exercises, participants will gather a variety of information about the subject, synthesize it through group discussion and wrestle with the question, "what do we do now?"
Meeting Dates and Times
Leadership North County meets the third Thursday of each month* for a duration of ten months. The day begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends no later than 5:00 p.m. each month. Topics are subject to change.
