• The effect gender difference has on the mentorship dynamic
• The role of mentors and how they can have the biggest impact
• Why women in particular benefit so much from mentors

Guest panelists include highly successful women business leaders who support and advocate mentorship programs. Each woman has had the opportunity to be a mentor, mentee, or both.
