Register for your Ceremony
Graduates must pre-register for the event to reserve their spot by April 22, 2023. Eligible graduates will receive an email via their CSUSM account with ceremony registration instructions. This email will be sent to graduate's CSUSM account by April 1 2023. Please make sure you have access to your CSUSM email account.
During the registration process, each graduate can claim up to 8 guest tickets. Children 6 years and younger do not need a ticket.
There will be a stand-by line for each ceremony, and if the venue is not at capacity by the time procession starts, guests in the stand-by line will be allowed to enter the venue we have reached capacity. Waiting in stand-by does not guarantee entrance into the venue.
There will be an alternate viewing area in the USU Ballroom, where the ceremony will be live streamed. The USU Ballroom is easily accessible by parking at the sixth floor of Parking Structure 1. When entering campus from Twin Oaks Valley Road, inform a parking attendant that you will be going to the USU Ballroom.

Attend either day to purchase your cap & gown, diploma frame, graduation announcements, kukui nut lei, college ring, Alumni Association membership and more! Checkout the GradFest site to learn more about the vendors and how you can take your Cap and Gown Portrait.
