Register for your Ceremony
Graduates must pre-register for the event to reserve their spot by April 21, 11:59 pm. Eligible graduates were emailed a unique registration link via their @CSUSM.edu account with ceremony registration instructions (you may have to check your SPAM folder). This email was sent to eligible graduates via their @CSUSM.edu emails on April 5, 2023. Please make sure you have access to your CSUSM email account. Please check both your inbox and SPAM folders. If you are still unable to locate your link, please email the Commencement Office.
During the registration process, each graduate can claim up to 8 guest tickets. Children 6 years and younger do not need a ticket. Once graduates submit their commencement registration form, they will be able to log back into their Marching Order account to access (email) their guest tickets.
There will be a stand-by line for each ceremony, and if the venue is not at capacity by the time procession starts, guests in the stand-by line will be allowed to enter the venue we have reached capacity. Waiting in stand-by does not guarantee entrance into the venue. Additional tickets will not be distributed and Commencement Guest tickets are not for sale.
Please make sure to review all venue security information.

Attend either day to purchase your cap & gown, diploma frame, graduation announcements, kukui nut lei, college ring, Alumni Association membership and more! Checkout the GradFest site to learn more about the vendors and how you can take your Cap and Gown Portrait.
