This project built the first parking structure at California State University San Marcos. The structure has six floors with approximately 1,605 parking spaces. The structure is accessed from Campus View Drive, Lot N as well as a pedestrian bridge that links the top floor to the main pedestrian strada on campus. There is parking for carpool, electric carts, University Police, and Alternative Fuel Vehicles.
