University Village Apartments
The addition of the University Village brings the first on-campus housing to CSUSM. There are 126 apartment units and 475 beds along with a Commons Building. The facility added bunk beds in 2006 to bring the number of beds to 600. The facility includes courtyard bar-b-que picnic areas, volleyball, a putting green, a bocce ball court, swimming pool, game center, study rooms, and a common kitchen. All apartments have campus wireless connections, shared bathrooms and kitchens.
