Campus Policies

California State University San Marcos, and all other CSU campuses, prohibit sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, discrimination, harassment and retaliation against its campus community, including Students, Staff, Faculty, and Third Parties.  The CSU’s governed policies regarding these matters, in addition to dating and domestic violence, and stalking are outlined below. 

The Interim CSU Nondiscrimination Policy is the Systemwide Policy for Students, Employees and Third Parties. However, the procedures for addressing concerns vary depending upon party classifications.
