What is AB 540?

Financial Aid & Scholarships
Students who meet AB 540 requirements are eligible to apply for state-based financial aid (Cal Grants, State University Grant, Dream Loan) and scholarships.
- Apply for aid annually by completing the California Dream Act Application.

- Payment plans are also available.
The California Dreamer Service Incentive Grant (DSIG) provides eligible students with financial aid in exchange for community or volunteer service.
