Cougar Care Network (CCN) provides information, connection to resources, advocacy and support for students dealing with personal, academic, financial or other challenges which may adversely affect their academic success and/or collegiate experience.

We are open from 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday, except on holidays and University closure days. If you need non-emergency resource assistance after business hours, please connect with us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Click here for over 200 resources you can explore 24 hours/day by categories, too.
For students needing to speak with a mental health counselor after 5pm or on weekends, please call Student Health & Counseling Services at (760) 750-4915 and press 2 to be directed to a contracted mental health counselor.
