Payment Deadlines

The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum. Fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate. Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees, without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun. All CSU listed fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by The Board of Trustees.

  • For classes reserved from April 21, 2014 through July 7, 2014 the payment is due, prior to 4:30pm,on July 9, 2014.
  • For classes reserved from July 8, 2014 through August 4, 2014 the payment is due, prior to 4:30pm, on August 6, 2014.
  •  For classes reserved on or after August 5, 2014 the payment is due prior to 4:30pm, August 25, 2014.
  •  For classes reserved on or after August 25, 2014 the payment is due prior to 4:30pm, the following business day.

Due to the high volume of calls during payment deadlines it is quicker and more efficient for you to check your account online rather than calling. It is the student's responsibility to be aware of total fees due and deadlines.

All mandatory tuition and registration fees must be paid or all your classes may be dropped (even if a partial payment has been made) unless you have a fee deferment on your account.  Only the student dropping all their classes, online, prior to the first day of the term, will guarantee non-enrollment.  In order not to incur a debt to the university a student must drop all courses, online, prior to the first day of the term which is August 25, 2014.

If a student adds classes above 6.0 units full time fees are applicable and due meeting the above deadlines.
