FREE! Monthly POLST Training Webinar
Held once each month, this free webinar provides orientation, training, and advice on how to hold an advance care planning conversation using the California POLST form (Physician Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment. This program is presented by the San Diego Coalition for Compassionate Care and hosted by the CSU Shiley Haynes Institute for Palliative Care st CSUSM. The webinar is held on the second Wednesday of each month at 10:00am or 12:00pm, alternating month to month:
- February 14, 2024: 12pm-1pm
- March 13, 2024: 12pm-1pm
- April 10, 2024: 12pm-1pm
- May 8, 2024: 12pm- 1pm
- June 12, 2024: 12pm-1pm
