California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) strives to promote a culture of care and an environment where all members of the campus community can thrive. CSUSM makes every effort to offer a safe and enjoyable educational environment for youth and has a wide range of activities that include persons under the age of 18 as participants or attendees. These activities may include camps, clinics, workshops, recitals, tournaments, conferences, and competitions and CSUSM is committed to protecting youth who participate in such activities.

Registration for Youth Programs and Youth Activities should be submitted to Integrated Risk Management at least 60 days before the start of each event or activity. This will allow enough time for the Program Sponsor/Director to coordinate all the necessary components required.
