Outreach to students begins shortly after the Intent to Enroll deadline and Success Coaches work with their students through their entire first year at CSUSM.

Success Coaches work with a caseload of First Year (out of high school) students who are not part of another specialized program at CSUSM.

Our Success Coaches forge collaborative relationships with their students with goal of establishing a strong foundation during their first year at CSUSM.
