The College of Business Administration at California State University San Marcos offers two MBA Programs: A Fully Employed MBA (FEMBA) for working professionals with at least 3 years of work experience, and an innovative Specialized Accelerated MBA (SAMBA) designed for individuals with 0-3 years of work experience.
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) curriculum is designed to help students develop a wide range of skills and abilities applicable to both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors of the economy. The program’s focus on problem solving allows students to develop analytical and critical thinking skills that give them a distinctive advantage in today’s job market.
The Minor in Business Administration is designed to be supportive of a variety of arts, humanities, and science majors. All students interested in the minor should meet with an advisor in the College of Business Administration.
