In the Executive's Chair is a class where business leaders talk to students about the business decisions that they face, their companies and their career paths. Students get a real sense of what it takes to be successful in their chosen career after graduation.
Senior Experience is the capstone course for the business administration major. Under the direction of a faculty supervisor, small groups of students work on real-world projects submitted by local businesses and organizations. A trade show is held at the conclusion of the semester to showcase students and their projects.
CoBA's Business Professional Development Program encourages students to take a proactive approach to career planning through a series of preparatory activities.
The Professional Mentor Program pairs students with local professionals for an unmatched one-on-one learning experience. Students and mentors are paired for a one-year period, during which they work together on career goals and professional development.
