  • Calm Meditation App offers meditation and stress reduction ideas.  
  • CCN Rainbow Meditation - 4 minute soothing meditation using a rainbow as your guide.
  • "Finch" App for phone - self-care digital pet to help track tasks. Take care of your pet by taking care of yourself. The app is free, but for a "Plus" membership, apply through the app to receive the membership for free.
  • “What’s Up?” is a free mental health app that uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy to cope with depression, anxiety, anger, stress, and more. 
  • CSUSM Mental Health - Focused Events - Student Health and Counseling's HOPE and Wellness Center puts on mental health focuses events weekly. Check the link for their upcoming programs and events.
