Introduction

Dr. Eun Kang is a professor of finance at CSUSM. He received his MBA from University of Michigan and Ph.D. from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. Aside from CSUSM, he has taught finance courses of undergraduate and MBA levels at Arizona State University West as a visiting professor from 1998 to 2000. He also has taught International Law at The Korean Second Naval Academy from 1979 to 1982. His research interests include corporate finance, venture capital and mutual funds, and published papers on dividend policy, capital structure, local institutional investors, venture capital, international finance, and mutual funds in reputable academic journals such as Journal of Financial Research, Applied Economics Letters, International Journal of Finance, Advances in Working Capital Management, Journal of the Academy of Finance, Advances in Quantitative Analysis of Finance and Accounting, etc.
