Ingredients to maek the recipe will be available for pick up for students who sign up during the workshop!

With mid-terms coming up, it’s important to know what foods are going to keep your mood up and help you focus! Join Dr. Meg and Dr. Alvarez for a discussion on how diet influences mental health, stress, and overall well-being!

Additionally, we’ll be joined by a representative for the Cougar Pantry who will share
valuable information on food resources available to CSUSM students.
