FEMBA Mentor Program

The College of Business Administration has a vast array of professional connections in the community. We realize that FEMBA students are limited in time but eager to advance their careers and/or transition into new positions or fields. The FEMBA Mentor Program allows students the flexibility to connect with high-level executives in a one-to-one relationship on a monthly basis and shape the relationship according to students’ career goals.

Selected mentees will each be paired with a professional mentor from February to November of a calendar year. We provide mentors and mentees with preliminary information and tips on how to make the most of their time together. Once the introductions are made, however, the progression of the mentorship is determined by the mentor and mentee. Mentees will drive the relationship.

Interested students should refer to these program guidelines for full information:

MBA Success

"There were many opportunities for professional and personal development that could not have been experienced through an online program. Knowledge gained could immediately be applied in the workplace. Industry leaders were often guest speakers who inspired students, shared lessons learned, and were open to networking. Relationships formed in our cohort will be a great support for years to come. My MBA experience provided tools for a deeper understanding of the business world which will be beneficial to my career in biotech and at home."
