myCSUSMSchedule
The Fully Employed MBA is intentionally structured to support professionals who are working full time while pursuing their degree. The program follows a predictable, hybrid schedule that allows students to plan confidently around professional and personal commitments while maintaining meaningful in-person engagement.
Classes meet on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays, using a hybrid format that combines in-person instruction with select virtual sessions. This structure provides flexibility without sacrificing the interactive classroom experience, faculty access, and peer collaboration that are central to the Fully Employed MBA.
The program spans five consecutive terms and is designed for completion in 18 months, with a single annual start in the summer. Students progress through the program as a cohort, creating consistency in scheduling and fostering strong professional relationships throughout the experience. While the program is designed for efficient completion, limited flexibility is available for students who require additional time due to professional or personal circumstances.

Attendance Expectations
The Fully Employed MBA is designed as an in-person program with built-in flexibility to accommodate professional responsibilities. Courses are delivered in five-week blocks, with classes typically meeting on Saturdays and select Wednesday evenings. Students are expected to attend classes in person whenever possible to support engagement, collaboration, and cohort learning.
To provide flexibility for work-related obligations, students may attend a limited number of Saturday class sessions virtually during each five-week course. Virtual attendance is intended to support occasional scheduling needs and requires active participation, including camera use and engagement in class discussions. Advance communication with instructors is expected when planning to attend virtually.
This structure allows students to maintain strong in-person connections while offering predictable flexibility for professional travel or scheduling conflicts.
