California State University San Marcos’ Mindful CSUSM offers a variety of programs that promote mindfulness. The variety of Mindful CSUSM programs provides research, tools, and education, to facilitate a better way of coping with different life stresses and managing difficult situations for students, staff, and faculty.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course in Spanish (offered by HR and Faculty Center):
The course takes place over eight Tuesday sessions (Feb. 18, 25; Mar. 3, 10, 17, 24; April 7, 14) from 12:00 noon to 2:30pm with a full day silent retreat on Saturday, April 11 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. We will be meeting in SBSB 4117. Please register at firstname.lastname@example.org
