Meal Plan Exemption/Change Request Form

CSUSM requires a meal plan for all residents living in North Commons. The purpose of a Meal Program Change/Exemption Process is to allow students to be exempt from the meal plan, or change their meal plan, based on their unique circumstances.

Change/Exemption requests are accepted until August 1st for the fall semester and January 1st for students beginning their residency in the spring semester. Residents admitted after August 1st will be granted an extension to submit their exemption no later than August 20th.
