New Mandatory Emergency Procedures Training
Beginning in March, all CSU employees will be required to complete the online Emergency Procedures course through CSU Learn. New employees will be assigned this course upon hire. The training takes about 45 minutes to complete and must be completed once every three years. As with all systemwide mandatory training, employees will receive an email with a link to CSU Learn when they are assigned the training.
This new training will equip and empower all CSU employees throughout the system to take the appropriate actions during emergencies and meets requirements in the California Code of Regulations, Title 8, section 3220 and the CSU systemwide Emergency Management policy.
