Amenities

Enjoy the many amenities offered to all CSUSM Housing Residents! Your apartment key card will grant you access to these spaces. 

• BBQ Grills
  There are two grills at The QUAD

  Location: Courtyard by the pool & Sky Terrace  

  BBQ Grills are for staff programatic use only. Residents are not permitted to use grills.

• Fitness Center

  There is one fitness center located at The QUAD.

  Includes: Elliptical, Treadmills, Weights, and Cycling

• Fire Pits

  Closed until further notice. 

• Laundry Rooms

  There are two laundry facilities at The QUAD. 

  Location: First floor, near Pavilion & Second floor, near Den

• Pool

  There is one pool at The QUAD. 

  Includes: ADA Access, Sun Deck, Seating, and Fire pit

  Near: Fitness Center, BBQ Grills

Parcel Pending

The QUAD utilizes Parcel Pending as our package management system. All QUAD residents will be required to sign up for Parcel Pending if they plan to receive mail at the QUAD.
