University Village Apartments
University Village Apartments (UVA) is on-campus living for students attending CSUSM. This apartment-style community offers a variety of apartment styles and room options in a newly-renovated community conveniently located on campus.

Enjoy the many amenities offered to all CSUSM Housing residents! Your apartment key card will grant you access to the spaces.
- Fitness Rooms
There are two fitness rooms located at UVA.
Cycling Room: C Building - 130
Cardio Center: D Building - 150
- Laundry Rooms
There are nine laundry rooms located at UVA. Laundry is included in the cost of housing--all you need to bring is soap!
Each floor in each building has 1 laundry room, these individual laundry rooms are serviced with two washers and three dryers.
Common Spaces
UVA Common spaces are used for events, meetings, studying, and lounging around. All UVA residents key cards will grant access into these spaces (except Lounge, TV Area, and Classroom). To reserve these spaces contact the front desk.
- TV Area
The TV area is equipped with a large TV and sofas.

- Classroom
The Classroom is equipped with classroom style seating for 25 people, a projector, screen, speakers, and a computer.

- Game RoomThe game room is located in B Building - 112 and includes foosball and billiards. Equipment can be checked out from the front desk.
- Study Rooms
There are four study rooms located at UVA:
B Building - 212 and 312
C Building - 230 and 250
