University Village Apartments (UVA) is on-campus living for students attending CSUSM. This apartment-style community offers a variety of apartment styles and room options in a newly-renovated community conveniently located on campus.

  • BBQ Grills & Picnic Areas

    There are four grills located at UVA

    Location: B Courtyard, Basketball Court, Pool, D Courtyard 

    BBQ Grills are for staff programatic use only. Residents are not permitted to use grills.

  • Fitness Rooms

    There are two fitness rooms located at UVA.

    Cycling Room: C130 

    Cardio Center: D150

  • Laundry Rooms

    There are six laundry rooms located at UVA. Laundry is included in the cost of housing--all you need to bring is soap!

    Each floor and each building has 1 laundry room, serviced with two washers and three dryers. 

  • Resort Style Pool & Fire Pit

    There is one pool and fire pit at UVA. 

    Beach-front themed entrance. 


Common Spaces

UVA Common spaces are used for events, meetings, studying, and lounging around. All UVA residents key cards will grant access into these spaces (except Lounge, TV Area, and Classroom). To reserve these spaces contact the front desk.

  • Lounge

     The Lounge is equipped with a ping pong  table, lounge furniture, a piano, a projector and speakers, and a white board. 

    Located at the community building. 

  • TV Area

    The TV area is equipped with a large TV, sofas, and bean-bag chairs. 

    Located at the community building. 

  • Classroom

    The Classroom is equipped with classroom style seating for 25 people, a projector, screen, speakers, and a computer. 

    Located at the community building. 

  • Game Room
    The game room is located in B112 and includes foosball, air hockey, and billiards. Equipment can be checked out from the front desk.
  • Meeting Rooms

    There are four meeting rooms located at UVA.

    B212, B312, C230, D250

  • Basketball & Bocce Ball & Putting Green Courts
     For game equipment, see the front desk.
