Data Analysis

Decision making will be informed through the purposeful coalescence of data from multiple and distinct sources into a common set of dashboards and standard reports that support optimization and data analysis.

  • Moving beyond “canned” reports - Personal exploration of data will allow for greater insights via slice & dice
  • Dashboards and visual data presentations will dominate reporting
  • Pulling together data silos will be a growing priority that may be made more difficult by SaaS and other trends
  • System initiatives will likely impact collection and sourcing of data
