Activity Center Guidelines

The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure that those who utilize the space are mindful of each other.

  • We encourage POSITIVITY through communication and ask visitors to make an effort to practice INCLUSION to increase community engagement
  • Visitors are expected to use RESPECTFUL LANGUAGE and to be mindful of their words and how they speak to others in this space
  • Please be MINDFUL of your VOLUME as the space is shared and used for a variety of activities
  • Keep the space CLEAN & TIDY. Please leave this space better than you found it by picking up trash and/or putting back any furniture that was moved
  • RESPECT STAFF SPACES by remembering that only staff are allowed to be behind the desk area

IF A STUDENT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THESE GUIDELINES or CSUSM campus policies/student code of conduct, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE, REMOVED, AND/OR NO LONGER PERMITTED ACCESS TO THE USU ACTIVITY CENTER
