Forms Required for Proposing the Thesis

Fill out each of the forms and send  to lasaro@csusm.edu so she can route them to committee members and graduate coordinator for signature.

Forms Required for the Thesis Defense

• Please print and have the appropriate people sign the thesis committee signature page and the eThesis Certification form. Submit both forms as pdfs to the Graduate Coordinator prior to submitting your thesis to the library. “
