Contact - Commercial Solicitation

We welcome the opportunity for the public to sell items, materials or products, and services here on the CSUSM campus. 

Please review the following before submitting a request: Event and Conference Services does not accept external requests submitted less than 8 weeks in advance or from new clients during February - May, or October due to the high volume of campus and student-focused events. All requests must come directly from the hosting organization; we do not accept submissions from third-party event planning firms.

Request Form CLOSED Jan - March 2026

Due to the high level of spring events, Event and Conference Services is not accepting, reviewing, or quoting new external requests for events until April 2026. The request form will reopen at that time for events taking place in June 2026 or later. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you when the request form reopens.

To request space specifically for commercial solicitaition, please fill out the form below.  Commercial solicitation includes the obtaining of signatures, food, supplies, and other forms of support; and the selling and distribution of items, materials or products, and services.
