The Literature and Writing Club hosts a wide variety of meeting styles. Come show your support, join our talented community, and have some fun! 

Spring 2021

Date: Meeting Overview: 
February 18

Welcome! Introductions...

  • Meet the Club Officers
  • Briefly introduce yourself: name, pronouns, major(s)/minor, and something you read or watched over the break
  • Talk about how this semester will look, what to expect from the LTWR Club, and more
March 4

"Wrong Answers Only"

  • A fun activity to think outside the box
 March 18

"Reading Series" 

  • Read a favorite poem, a paragraph from a novel, a tweet, etc. 
  • Nothing too long! (No more than a paragraph or 280 words)
  • Short discussion on why you chose that line or passage
April 1

"Mad Lib"

  • Classic game of Mad Lib where we create funny stories on the spot either individually or collectively as a group
April 15

"Paint Hour"

  • Join us for an hour and paint like Bob Ross!
  • You can paint, watercolor, sketch, draw, etc. 
April 29

Last Zoom Meeting!

  • Final thoughts/reflection to end the semester on a positive note!
