At California State University San Marcos, we are confident that the Fully Employed MBA (FEMBA) program will allow you to advance quickly and lead confidently with the extensive business knowledge and professional network you will gain from learning in the CSUSM cohort model. The FEMBA program is designed for working professionals. The 18-month evening and weekend class schedule allows students to work full-time while completing their MBA degree. Program Schedule:

As a CSUSM MBA student, you will have unique experiences and opportunities that will cultivate leadership, management, and communication skills which will propel you further in your professional career. You will thrive as a leader through a combination of extensive curriculum, real-world applications, workshops, and career development.

  • 18-month program

FEMBA Schedule

Tuition:

  • Resident Tuition is $29,475
    • This includes graduate tuition, campus fees, and professional fees.
  • Non-Resident Tuition is $40,959
    • This includes graduate tuition, campus fees, professional fees, and non-resident fees.

Tuition and Fees

Merit-based scholarships are available based on student academic performance.

MBA students are eligible to enroll in a Graduate Assistant program. This paid opportunity provides students with financial support as they pursue their MBA degree. For more details about the Graduate Assistant program, contact mba@csusm.edu.

GMAT/GRE Waiver 

If you have at least 5 years of professional work experience, you may petition to waive the GMAT/GRE requirement. Please note that the admissions committee might ask for an interview and/or employment verification. If you hold a master's or doctorate degree in a quantitative field, you may also petition to waive the GMAT requirement. Read more about how to apply for additional details.
