I completed both my bachelors and master’s in mathematics at CSUSM, and I’ve been a staff member since 2019. I worked in Learning & Tutoring Services for 5 years and I’ve been with Institutional Planning & Analysis for 2 years (and counting). After I graduated from my masters, I started working on a passion project which has now evolved into a full-fledged novel!

‘City of Lanturn’ is a self-published young adult fantasy novel that I worked on from summer 2024 – summer 2026. The story has existed in my head since childhood and is inspired by the games my siblings and I played in our backyard growing up. I poured my life experiences, creativity, and humor into this book; it is wholly me.
