Off-Campus Housing Guide
International Students are encouraged to visit The Office of Global Education website for housing options.
International Students who will be studying English Language should visit the American Language and Culture Institute (ALCI) website for options.
Please be aware that the City of San Marcos limits the number of leases that can be held on a single family home property. Homes can only have fewer than five leases or rental agreements. Otherwise, the home is considered a commercial endeavor, which is prohibited. The City has a section on its Website about the ordinance. Visit Rooming House Ordinance to familiarize yourself with the information. Visit the Good Neighbor Guidelines for valuable information.
