The Innovation Hub provides entrepreneurs with a dynamic network of legal resources that any current CSUSM student can utilize. We understand the complexities of the legal landscape and the challenges businesses face. These resources are free or low-cost to the user and assist individuals, teams, or businesses in navigating legal questions and concerns. Dani is a lawyer with the law firm of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati that focuses on entrepreneurship law in San Diego. She is a graduate of Duke University School of Law and is passionate in aiding CSUSM students in forming a business. Starting in September, Dani will be available every first Thursday from 11 AM to 1 PM during U-Hour in the CSUSM Innovation Hub for drop-in appointments and questions.

USD’s School of Law offers a free legal clinic to guide the local community with entrepreneurship legal services such as structuring business entities, financing regulations, drafting of investment and employment agreements, and protection of intellectual property.
