Arts 239A Helpdesk Fall 2024 Hours

Step 1: Checkout Rules & Liability Form

Complete the Arts Equipment Checkout Rules and Liability Agreement Form
(You will be required to log in using your campus credentials)

Note: If you do not fill out the liability form, you will not be allowed to check out equipment from Arts Checkout.

Step 2: Checkout Equipment

Hours

Arts Checkout is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am–5:00 pm during Fall and Spring semesters
Closed on weekends and during Summer and Winter breaks

• Equipment Reservations & Checkout begin January 27th, 2025.
• To ensure equipment availability, please reserve equipment in advance: Equipment Checkout Reservations
• Arts Equipment Checkout is only available to students currently enrolled in one or more authorized Arts classes. For any questions, please contact

Contact the Arts 239A Technical Support Helpdesk to checkout & reserve equipment, reserve and gain access to rooms in the Arts Building, obtain lab and studio technical support services.
