Arts Technical Support
Arts Technical Support provides equipment, technology and facility support for the
School of Arts.
The Arts Technical Support Helpdesk is where you can:
- Checkout and place reservations for equipment only for students currently enrolled in authorized ARTS classes.
- Reserve and gain access to rooms in the Arts Facilities
- Obtain arts lab and technical support services

Hours of Operation
- The Arts 239A Technical Support HelpDesk will be open the Spring 2024 semester to checkout and return equipment:
- Monday - Friday from 9:00 am–5:00 pm
- Closed on Weekends and during Summer and Winter Break
- Spring 2024 Equipment Reservations & Checkout begin January 29th, 2024.
- To ensure equipment availability, please reserve equipment in advance: Equipment Checkout Reservations.
- The Arts 344 Woodshop & Metalshop will be open by appointment for authorized students during the Spring 2024 semester: M/W/F from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm & 2:00 pm - 5:00pm. Tu/Th 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
