Arts Technical Support

Arts Technical Support provides equipment, technology and facility support for the School of Arts.

The Arts Technical Support Helpdesk is where you can:

  • Checkout and place reservations for equipment
  • Reserve and gain access to rooms in the Arts Facilities
  • Obtain arts lab and technical support services

Hours of Operation

  • The Arts 239A Technical Support HelpDesk will be open the Fall 2020 semester to checkout and return equipment: 

    *Open Hours: Mondays from 9:00 am–5:00 pm*

  • Equipment Reservations begin September 8th, 2020.
  • Equipment Checkout (pickup) begins September 14th, 2020.
  • All equipment to be checked out must be reserved in advance online by visiting this link: Equipment Checkout Reservations.
  • *No Drop-Ins To Check-Out Equipment Are Allowed*

  • The Arts 344 Woodshop & Metalshop will be open by appointment only for authorized students during the Fall 2020 semester:

    *Mondays from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and Mondays from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm*

  •  All appointments must be made in advance by visiting this link: Arts 344 Appointment Request

  • Maximum of 4 students in Arts 344 at a time.

    *No Drop-Ins Or Visitors To ARTS 344 Are Allowed*
